1. Payment and Order Confirmation

Once any product is purchased, including electronic boards, payment must be made immediately to confirm the order and process it.

2. Preparation and Shipping Time

The preparation and shipping time for any spare part ranges between 24 and 72 business hours. We specialize in the repair of electronic devices and the sale of spare parts. Therefore, we verify the condition and proper functioning of each part before shipping.

Although we try to process orders on the same day payment is received, sometimes the warehouse search and verification process may delay the process.

Shipments are made through the courier company MRW ENVIO, CORREOS CERTIFICADO, GLS, with an estimated delivery time of 24/48 hours.

Note: We do not operate as an automated large-scale distribution company; we have a small team and we work to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

3. Return Policy

3.1 Return of Circuits or Electronic Components

Returns of electronic circuits or electronic components purchased online are not accepted.

All circuits have been previously verified or are new from the factory and their correct operation is guaranteed at the time of shipment.

Electronic circuits can be affected by multiple external factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Poor handling by the customer.
  • Other defective components in the equipment where it is installed.
  • Errors in configuration or assembly.

Due to these risks, we cannot assume returns, exchanges or refunds once the circuit has been delivered.

In the event that the repair of a board cannot be carried out For any reason, only the cost of labor and parts will be refunded. Under no circumstances will shipping costs be refunded, as these are the responsibility of the shipping company and are a service external to HARRYELECTRONICS.COM.

For electronic circuit repair purchases of any model, if they cannot be repaired for any reason, the repair cost will be refunded. Shipping costs, both outbound and return, are non-refundable, as this work is performed by the shipping agency and they charge for it, regardless of whether the repair is made. That is, only the amount for labor and parts will be refunded if determined by HARRYELECTRONICS.COM, but NOT for shipping.


3.2 Return of Other Non-Electronic Spare Parts

Non-electronic spare parts may be returned only if they have manufacturing defects. Returns are not accepted for purchase errors or improper assembly.

Return Conditions:

  • The maximum period to request a return is 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.
  • The product must retain its original packaging and be in perfect condition.
  • Return authorization must be requested by email at info@harryelectronics.com.
  • The refund will be made after verification of the product by our technicians.

4. Shipping Conditions

We do not ship to the Canary Islands or outside of Spain without prior confirmation of the shipping cost.

Important: In the case of glass ceramic hobs, they must be sent without glass, since the transport companies do not cover glass breakage during shipping.

If the customer decides to send the glass ceramic hob with glass, they will be solely responsible for any damage, exempting both HARRYELECTRONICS.COM and the transport company from liability.

5. Shipping Insurance

We work with the transport companies GLS, MRW ENVIO , CORREOS CERTIFICADO. If the customer wishes to purchase additional insurance, they must request it in advance by emailing info@harryelectronics.com.

The customer expressly accepts the insurance conditions of GLS, MRW ENVIO , CORREOS CERTIFICADO when making a purchase, exempting HARRYELECTRONICS.COM from any liability for breakages during transport.
